Refund policy

At West Co The Label, we want you to feel ready for every adventure with your purchase. We offer a 14 day return period from the date of your purchase. 

Simply return any unused and unwashed items in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Whether you’re exploring the coast or embracing everyday adventures, we’re here to ensure your experience with us is seamless.

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Returned in the original condition: Be free of any makeup stains, tan, scented perfumes/deodorants, or pet hair.

- Not be marked as a final sale item.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at enquiries.westcothelabel@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately, West Co The Label cannot accept return requests beyond this timeframe. When contacting us, be sure to include your original order number, the name and style of the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and must ship the item with secure tracked postage. 

Faulty Items:

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us at enquiries.westcothelabel@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, providing photographic evidence. We will gladly offer either a store credit or a replacement. Please note that we cannot accept claims made after the 14-day period, as it becomes challenging to determine the cause. If approved, we will provide a return label via email to facilitate the process.

Processing Your Return:

Once your return has been approved by West Co, please send the item back within 7 days to ensure a smooth return process. Items that are not received at our facility within 15 days of initiating your return will not be accepted.

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will either issue store credit or process your requested exchange. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

PLEASE NOTE: The refunded store credit will NOT include the original shipping charges. ONLY the price/value of the product you are returning.
