Returns Policy
If your order isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it for a store credit within 14 days of delivery. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues, but our credits never expire — so you can take your time finding something you love.
Returns must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, scent-free and free from makeup, tan or marks, with all tags and packaging still attached.
If you used a discount code, your store credit will reflect the final amount paid for each item.
Shipping
We know you’re excited to get your gear — and we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. While we often pack and post same-day, our regular dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Orders placed before 1pm AWST on those days will usually head out the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or during WA public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
All parcels are sent from our base in Perth, Western Australia. Once your order’s on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Please note: Delivery timeframes listed at checkout are estimates only and do not include dispatch time. During peak periods or sale events, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience!
What do I do if I think I have received a faulty item?
If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to make it right. Please reach out to us at enquiries.westcothelabel@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Send through:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- 2-3 clear photos showing the fault or concern
Once we’ve reviewed your case, and if the fault is confirmed, we’ll cover return postage and offer you the choice of a replacement, store credit or refund — whatever works best for you.
If we can’t confirm the fault through photos alone, you’re welcome to return the item for a physical inspection. If the fault is confirmed once received, we’ll cover all associated shipping and sort it from there.
Please note: We can’t accept returns for issues caused by improper washing, general wear and tear, or damage that occurs after the product has been worn
How do I make a return?
Please email our Customer Service team at admin@westcothelabel.com within 30 days of receiving your item to receive all details on how to return your item back to our warehouse facility.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once your return arrives back at HQ, please allow 1–3 business days for it to be processed. You’ll receive an email once your store credit or exchange is on its way.
During busy times like End of Financial Year, Black Friday, or sale events, it may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience while we work through returns as fast as we can.
When will I receive my store credit from my return?
Once your return reaches us here in Perth, we’ll begin processing it within 1–3 business days. As soon as it’s approved, we’ll email you your store credit code — ready to use whenever you’re ready to pick your next piece.

Can I return a sale item?
Items purchased during sale periods or with a discount applied are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless it’s the same item in a different size and we have that size available.
We do this so we can keep our pricing fair and transparent during limited promotions — thanks for understanding and shopping intentionally with us 💌
